The trust has been registered as a public trust under the Bombay Public Trust Acts, 1950 bearing Registration No. E/ 1966/Sabarkantha. The objectives of the trust as stated in the trust deed, include as a main object the setting up of educational institutions to serve the needs of students. There are four founder trustees in the trust.
