Eligibility for Admissions

  • 75% ACPC seats:
    • 75% seats of total intake of the B.E. Programme will be filled by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Government of Gujarat. Visit website for the details.
  • 25% All India Seats:To be filled up by IITRAM
    • 25% of total intake of the B.E. programme will be filled by School of Technology, GSFC University with the following eligibility criteria.
      1. Candidate should have appeared JEE (Main).
      2. Candidate must have passed H.S.C. (Science stream) or equivalent Examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with the percentage of marks/Percentile as to be decided by the Government of Gujarat under the rules of admission.

Selection Process for 25 % All India Category Seats

  • Merit List will be prepared based on the All India Rank of JEE (Main)
  • The criteria for deciding merit order in case of candidates having equal merit marks shall be based on the percentage of marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination in the following sequence, namely:-
    1. Mathematics and Physics
    2. Mathematics and Chemistry
    3. Physics and Chemistry
    4. Mathematics
    5. Physics
    6. Chemistry
    7. English
    8. Aggregate marks
  • Offline counseling will be carried out for the admission to First Year B.E. Programme
  • Applicant shall remain present in-person with necessary original documents for verification and confirmation of admission on the notified date.
  • If applicant is unable to remain present in person, due to unavoidable circumstances, parent with authority letter from applicant will be permitted, provided the admission committee is satisfied for the genuineness about the applicant’s inability to remain present.
  • If applicant does not remain present on the scheduled date and time, his/ her candidature will be deemed to have been cancelled.
