Eligibility

Student must have passed HSC examination with Science stream after March 2013.


Reservation of Seats

  • Scheduled Castes (SC): 7%
  • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 15%
  • Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC): 27%
  • Physically Disabled Candidates: 3%
  • Children of Defense personnel and Ex-Servicemen: 1%

Admission Procedure

  • Candidate fills the admission form on https://www.mkbhavuni.edu.in/mkbhavuniweb/ with processing fee of Rs. 100 (non refundable) to be paid online by debit/credit cards or net banking (within RBI permissible hours).
    • Online registration: 15/05/2018 to 24/05/2018
    • Documents verification: 15/05/2018 to 26/05/2018
  • The candidates are required to obtain the print out of the Admission form containing online bank fee receipt from the website.
  • The candidate shall be required to indicate choices of colleges or institutions of Bhavnagar City online.
  • The Admission Committee shall prepare merit lists of the eligible candidates.
  • The merit lists shall be published on the web-site of the Committee.
  • The Admission Committee shall provide merit list to all college or institutions.
  • The college shall arrange counselling of the student according to the merit list. The schedule of counselling will be decided and declared by the college.
  • After getting the admission, the candidate shall have to produce for verification, the original certificates and testimonials of the documents attached with the registration form, at the college or institution only, within time limit as may be specified by the college.


Documents to be Attached with the application

  • HSC Examination (Std. 12th) Mark-sheet.
  • School Leaving Certificate, Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate.
  • Trial Certificate issue by the school.
  • Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the Gujarat State Government in this behalf.
  • Non Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued after 1st April of the relevant academic year, by the authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf.
  • Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/ competent Medical Authority, in case of a Physically Handicapped candidate.
  • Certificate of Ex-Serviceman, duly issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer.
  • A copy of certificate of In-Serviceman duly issued by the Commanding Officer of the respective unit in which he/she is serving.
  • Anti ragging affidavit (https://antiragging.in).
  • Such other certificates as the Admission Committee deems necessary

After getting the admission, the candidate shall have to produce for verification, the original certificates and testimonials of the documents attached with the registration form, at the college or institution only, within time-limit as may be specified by the college.
